As stated in the above summary April will help you by ensuring your staff is highly training in efficient and accurate coding practices while adapting our training curriculum and timing to match the needs of your staff and deliver bottom line savings to the agency. April will provide training, in the preferred medium including, group training, one-on-one training, webinars, web-based training, power point presentations, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS) and/or instructional videos. This training will include improvement of RUV’s, the use of HCPCS and CPT codes, complete and accurate inpatient/outpatient Clinical Documentation, MS-DRG validation and Coding such as ICD-10. Our initial training will be aimed toward the entire coding staff to ensure that everyone starts off with the same knowledge base. Following this an introductory training course will be created for new interns and residents to complete during their initial orientation to ensure that new staff meets the expectations set forth by the agency and any knowledge or skill gaps are recognized and addressed as quickly as possible for the employees joining the medical facility. Training will include how the coding chain of command works, the responsibilities of each role and the importance and cost savings of accurate and timely coding and documentation of any patient encounters. Based off communications with the audit support team we can quickly adapt and implement changes or redirections to overall courses or specific personnel to address any deficiencies within the training process.

A full refund will be issued if the booking is cancelled within 7 days before the session. 1/2 of the refund will be given if provided if cancelled within 0-6 days before the session.
